The Basic Questions for Aligning Project Elements

Four Questions:

What is it that you are trying to do?

What is your footprint? Describe the Who, What, Where, When, How, and Why!

What are the Relationships that this footprint invites or impacts?

What are the Elements of Steps to Start?

Framing:

Who, What, Where, and When – Informs How. The Why is part of a foundational value.

Scope, Scale, Context, and Capacity Inform both the footprint of the Regulatory Layers as well as the Regulatory Layers informing what is possible on a site.

Rules and Regulations are created for three reasons:

Someone Died (may be as an esistential passing)

Someone Might Die (may be from a perception of threat of…)

Someone Didn’t get Paid (may be percieved as cheated of proper compensation or as a department, division, or organizational agency seeking 100% cost recovery with ‘margin’ as part of that recovery)
